Multi Groove Urethral Sound - 150mm Long - 8mm Thick

It may not be the longest, or thickest sound we stock, but this one really is not for the faint hearted.
With 29 distinct grooves cut into it, this sound is capable of providing some very extreme sensations.
At it's widest sections this piece is 8mm diameter, with each groove cut to be 6mm diameter.
One end has a rounded tip which slowly and smoothly tapers to 8mm diameter, a total smooth length of 45mm before the fun begins.
The other end is a more conical rounded shape, with the grooves beginning as soon as it's inserted.
