Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need an account to shop with us. Simply select the Guest Checkout option during the order process to make your purchase without creating an account.

We do always recommend creating an account as it will allow you to easily check your order status, make repeat orders, and access many other features not available as a guest.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we can process all credit/debit card payments using Paypal.

We offer direct bank transfer as an option to our AIB bank account.

What shipping methods do you provide?

We use a variety of couriers including An Post, DPD, and Nightline, which you can select at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders where payment has cleared before midday are dispatched same day. Orders where payment clears after midday are dispatched next working day.

Delivery depends on the postage method selected at checkout:
Nightline: 2 to 4 working days,
An Post Standard: 2 working days
An Post Express: Next working day
DPD: Next working day

What is your return policy?

All items sold have a no questions asked 30 day return policy. So if you change your mind for whatever reason, simply return the items to us in original packaging for a full refund of the item purchase price.
