Piercing Jewellery Urethral Sound with Through Hole - 95mm Long - 15mm Thick

This urethral sound is specially designed to screw securely into place through the hole of a penis piercing.
It has a 7mm bevel edged tip, and an 8mm diameter, 80mm long, shaft.
The piercing screw sits approximately 65mm along the shaft. The straight section of the screw is 4mm diameter, 8mm long, and has a solid steel ball with a diameter of 10mm sitting on the tip of the screw.
At the very end of the shaft is a ball of 15mm diameter.  This ball can be completely unscrewed ad removed from the piece.
There is a hollow through-hole running the entire length of this piece, including through the ball tip, which allows for urination while wearing.
